Shipping & Returns
Due to the medical nature of our products, all visco-supplements and medical bandages are final sale. Please note, all other items are considered final sale once worn or removed from original packaging.
Any other products are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase, so long as they are un-used, in new condition and in original packaging. However, we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to our store address below.
Should you be looking to return an item due to a manufacturer defect, within the warranty period, we will gladly exchange the item hassle free. Costs for shipping back a manufacturer defect will be reimbursed upon delivery of the replacement item.
Refunds will be given once the item has been received and processed at our store.
ORTHOTIC GAURANTEE
At One Bracing, we recognize that we cannot guarantee to fix your medical condition, but we should be able to guarantee the comfort of your foot orthoses. Therefore, we are committed to providing you with our industry-leading guarantee program.
One Bracing will refund you money following these guidelines:
- Refunds will be given only after ten weeks and before six months following the fitting of your orthotics. An assessment and fitting fee of $150 will be subtracted from the refund.
- All patients must have at least two orthotic adjustment appointments before a refund is considered.
- There would be no refunds if One Bracing direct billed to an insurance company such as WCB, ICBC, Veterans Affairs or active Military.
- The Pedorthist cannot provide a refund if the patient does not follow their recommendations, such as footwear recommendations, and other treatment plans to help the patient achieve the best outcomes while using their new custom foot orthoses.
